Stonehill Students Triumph their Snow Blanketed Cars

BY TYLER SALISBURY

When it snows, students facing the task of shoveling out their cars are discovering having the right tools is important.

“I have a shovel, but it’s not that effective. It feels like when shovel my car, it takes forever,” said Nathan Hallworth, a sophomore.

Sophomore Colin Ronayne said being prepared is key in clearing the snow off a vehicle.

“Most of the time I keep all the important shoveling tools in my car, because I know it snows here," said Ronayne

He said having the right items for the snow saves time and energy.

Throughout campus, students were digging into their trunks, hoping to find scrapers, shovels and warm gloves to start clearing off and shoveling out vehicles as the first big snowstorm hit.
