Amelie the musical will take place on November 10, 11, 17, and 18 at 7:30 pm, with additional shows on November 12 and 19 at 2:00 pm. The venue is the Hemingway Theater at Stonehill College. Presented by the Department of Visual and Performing Arts and the Stonehill Theatre Company, this production showcases the extraordinary Amélie, a young woman whose vibrant inner world contrasts with her quiet external life. Through covert, whimsical acts of kindness that bring both joy and chaos, Amélie navigates her world.
As she encounters a chance at love, Amélie realizes that true happiness requires risking everything and expressing the feelings within her heart. The audience is invited to be inspired by this imaginative dreamer who discovers her voice, embraces the power of connection, and envisions possibilities at every turn.
